National Teams
Practice Schedule:
- Practices three times per week
Tournaments:
- Compete in 10 weekend tournaments
- Includes a weekend tournament in Jacksonville, Florida, and Syracuse, NY
- Participate in the AAU Champions League
Club Fee:
- $4000
- Includes: Uniform jerseys and gear, coaching, gym time, equipment, and tournament entry fees
- Includes: up to 2 classes a week with our strength/conditioning/speed/agility coach
- Does NOT include AAU and USAV/NERVA memberships or travel expenses
Regional Teams

- Twice a week
Tournaments:
- Compete in 5-6 weekend tournaments
- Includes a tournament in Syracuse, NY
- Participate in 3-5 single day tournaments
Club Fee:
- $2700
- Includes: Uniform jerseys and gear, coaching, gym time, equipment, and tournament entry fees
- Includes: up to 2 classes a week with our strength/conditioning/speed/agility coach
- Does NOT include AAU and USAV/NERVA memberships or travel expenses
REGIONAL u12 Teams

IN HOUSE PRACTICE TEAMS
In house practice teams will practice on Saturdays from December through May at Bancroft School in Worcester. (approximately 22 practices)
Ages 9-18
Cost is $1200.00
Includes t-shirt, coaching, gym time, equipment, up to 2 classes per week with out strength/conditioning/speed/agility coach
Does NOT include AAU or USAV/NERVA memberships (required for all players )
