National Teams
Practice Schedule:
- Practices three times per week
Tournaments:
- Compete in up to 10 weekend tournaments
- Compete in AAU Nationals
- Participate in the AAU Champions League
Club Fee:
- $4500
- Includes: Uniform jerseys and gear, coaching, gym time, equipment, and tournament entry fees
- Does NOT include AAU and USAV/NERVA memberships or travel expenses
Regional Teams

- Twice a week
Tournaments:
- Compete up to 5 weekend tournaments
- Participate in 3 single day tournaments
Club Fee:
- $2600
- Includes: Uniform jerseys and gear, coaching, gym time, equipment, and tournament entry fees
