Our team of dedicated coaches brings a wealth of experience and a passion for the game.
Get to know the mentors who will guide your child to success both on and off the court.
Coach Emily
Coach Emily is the director and founder of Dragons Volleyball Club. She is the varsity girls’ volleyball coach at Bancroft School in Worcester and was the varsity boys’ volleyball coach at Doherty High School for 20 years.
Coach Erica
Coach Erica is one of the Dragons’ assistant club directors. She is the varsity girls’ volleyball coach at Saint Paul’s and the varsity boys’ coach at Worcester Tech.
Coach JonMichael
Coach JonMichael is one of the assistant club directors for Dragons. He is coaching a mini club team, the boys 18s team and will be coaching a girls team for the regular club season.
Coach Patrick
Coach Patrick is one of the assistant club directors for Dragons. He will be assisting wherever needed this club season.
Coach Orlando
Coach Silva is returning to the Dragons coaching staff and will be coaching the 17s National team.

Coach Heather
Coach Heather is excited to join the Dragons coaching staff this year. She is currently the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at Quinsigamond Community College.
Coach Alex
Coach Courtney
Coach Courtney is excited to join the Dragons coaching staff this year! She has years of coaching experience and is currently the girls’ varsity volleyball coach at Marianapolis Preparatory School.
Coach Ronnie
Coach Ronnie returns to the Dragons coaching staff this year. A Worcester native, he played volleyball at Doherty High School. He is also a successful musician and proud father of two beautiful little girls.
Coach Becca
Coach Becca returns to the Dragons coaching staff. She will be the assistant coach for Coach Emily’s teams or wherever she is needed. Coach Becca played volleyball in high school and also for Dragons.
